Created especially for its surroundings, the building has a special shape. The large cubature of the building elegantly fits into the slightly lowered terrain. The spacious windows allow residents a soothing view of the park and nature, even with reduced mobility. Elegant wooden sliding shutters provide effective sun protection, as well as a controllable natural light even when closed.

The clearly structured facade is brought to life by the playful interaction of the sun protection elements, which, according to use, are continually repositioned. The interior of the house provides a welcoming atmosphere with colours, lighting and warm material hues that serve as both inspiration and orientation.
