Green as well is the villa’s sustainable aspects such as its reliance on geothermal energy. In order to optimally use the space for the relatively narrow windows, this dream lot was constructed using different buildings which were cleverly layered on top of each other. The result is sculptured effect which comes with advantages like that the offset elements create multiple terraces and generous floor plans conducive to a modern lifestyle.

Large glass fronts open up to the water creating a perfect blend of architecture and nature. The facade is made of Valser Gneis, a very dense and exclusive natural stone from the Swiss Alps. Its seamless, partially polished surface gives the monolithic villa a strong and tranquil shell.
