The main theme of the architecture is individual storey volumes that playfully offset each other to generate overhangs and at the same time spacious roof terraces at all levels.
A special feature is the light-coloured clinker brick façade in long format, which loosens up the building structures on the lake side through many irregularly placed openings, thus relieving them of their heaviness. The east façade on the lake side is almost entirely glazed and offers a generous view of the Wannsee at Berlin.
