Villa Munich

Even by Munich’s standards, this private villa in a green, park-like location near the river Isar is hard to top. The building elegantly fits into the terraces and recesses while radiating a sense of serenity and clarity.

The facade has a southern-Mediterranean style and is decorated in warm tones. Other design elements include floor to ceiling bronze windows, parapets oak blinds and frameless glass balcony ledge windows. Another feature of this exclusive house is the two-storey central entrance hall with a free-standing staircase.

This gives way to a large and light-flooded structure across three floors, whose over-dimensional windows allow for spectacular views. Thanks to the wooden blinds, residents can easily choose between privacy or communicate a sense of openness and welcome. Even the extravagant carport gives off a sculptural aura and harmonically flows into the entire structure.
