The two set-back floors of the seven-story building give the entire structure a sense of lightness and open up to generous balconies with views of the Blumenhalle Plaza and the Jewish Museum. The reoccurring offset lounges on the building’s southern side incorporate the facades in an interesting and exciting way.

High-quality and natural materials like light-coloured bricks, wood and layered cement as well as a clear, flowing design give the building a modern flair. Together with the historically-listed building, a tranquil area was created with private terraces and green communal spaces: One which is a welcome retreat amid the bustling surroundings.
