The interior has been restructured to create flexible areas that make various kinds of offices possible. Thanks to the modular design, rooms can be adapted to meet the individual requirements and workflows of the users at any time. A new roof terrace, lounge and newly designed courtyards complete the ensemble and give the entire atmosphere its creative and inspiring flair.

The new corner tower with its high-quality metal-glass facade construction and inviting main entrance area is particularly striking. Through materials and colouring, the tower harmoniously blends into the existing buildings and architecturally rounds out the corner of Salzufer/Franklinstraße. In doing so it adds an important note to the urban perception with a direct view of the Landwehr Canal.
