The project builds on the historical significance of the site, which has been used for industrial purposes since 1772. The existing listed buildings will be revitalized as part of the project and developed into a highly modern and sustainable business location with new buildings.
The campus is divided into several parts, each with different uses. Overall, this creates an interlocking infrastructure that tenants and employees can draw on. A special feature is the implementation of a boarding house in which new employees or potential guests can live temporarily.
