The LYV integrates the areas of research, development, production and administration in one complex. The rental space has a modular structure so that customised solutions can be guaranteed. The end product is a variety of spaces that are intended to become nuclei for new developments and dynamic management.

The new building combines functionality with pioneering design. Generous glazing, which brings natural daylight into the interior spaces, is combined with sustainable and energy-efficient construction. Sustainability certifications in accordance with DGNB, LEED, WELL BUILDING and WiredScore are planned for the project.
