The design is characterized by an ensemble of stacked blocks. The entrance is located opposite the Lokhalle in a self-explanatory, restrained gesture and leads into an attractive multifunctional axis that connects the most important development cores. The shortest possible distances and maximum flexibility are offered with a high quality of use and third party use through the cutting of a wide variety of unit sizes.
The construction of the base is planned solid. From the 1st floor on, this consists of wood or wood hybrid (regional material e.g. from the Black Forest). Important components of the energy concept are geothermal energy and photovoltaics on roofs and the facade south surfaces.
Many green courtyards and terraces are an integral part of the design solution as well as the offer of two attractive “winter gardens” on the 1st floor -South as lounge and break-out for the conference -and meeting- and working areas.
