Interdisciplinary teams of doctors, trainers, psychologists and social pedagogues form a network to enable affected people to re-enter working life.

What could be more obvious than to express this extremely positive network idea in the design of the façade. The plaster façade is structured like a net by different colours, grainings, joint formations and different material thicknesses, thus keeping the multi-layered functions that the building accommodates together.

The symbolisation of the team-oriented activity that happens inside the building is subtly transported to the outside by this playful approach, without being obtrusive.

The emphasis on the corners as accentuation is self-confident, creates its own identity, but nevertheless remains very modest, completely in the sense of the users.
