Situated on the lively corner of Stralauer Allee/Alexanderstraße, the diamond-shaped floorplan of this multi-tiered building is oriented towards the river Spree and the sun. The dynamic, yet sculptural building has 21 floors that tower over the seven-story plinth building. In all, it offers a total of 445 hotel rooms, 115 apartments, conference rooms, a hotel lobby and retail space.

The facade is made of light, neutral stone, which is combined with the floor-to-ceiling windows through which guests can observe the hustle and bustle of this exciting, ever-changing neighbourhood.
