The eleven-storey, newly constructed building at the northernmost corner of the Budapester Strasse effectively and attractively embodies this “green train of thought” on many levels. Natural ventilation, cooling and lighting is achieved via strategically placed, two-story green “orangeries” along the entire facade, as well as on roof terraces and in the interior and atrium.

The outer shell of the building is elegantly done in 100% recycled glass-ceramic. Thanks to its comprehensive photovoltaic system installed in the ceiling and thermal heating via geothermal heating pump, the structure is also completely CO2 neutral. The eye-catching atrium, together with the other rooms and open stairway create a unique and highly interesting composition.

From an urban construction perspective, the new building’s flowing forms are derived from the angles of the Budapester Strasse and Keithstrasse, all of which are ideally integrated into the heterogeneous and neighboring surroundings. As a calming element to both streets, the structure forms an attractive gate in the City West. A modern, urban area with its own power and magnetic attraction.
